Piémontais (Layers of hazelnut meringue, dark chocolate mousse, Genoise chocolate cake, praline mousse and chocolate icing).

Opéra (Rich layers of almond Joconde cake, coffee-flavoured buttercream, coffee ganache and chocolate icing).

5 finishes available :

Milk, white or dark chocolate glaze : 6,75$/pers.

Chocolate glaze with almond bits : 7$/pers.

Velvety chocolate finish : 7,75$/pers.

Régalisse (White Sugar Paste): 7,25$/pers.

Marzipan : 8,25$/pers.
